Data handling for the Storytree Tools private seller application.
Scope
Storytree Tools is a private application used with the developer's registered Etsy shop.
Information processed
Depending on the enabled workflow and API permissions, the application may process shop and listing data, inventory and pricing information, orders, receipts, transactions, shipping or fulfillment information, payments, shop-ledger information, and authorization tokens required for the connection.
Purpose
Information is used only to manage the registered shop, support listing and inventory workflows, organize orders and fulfillment, troubleshoot the application, and prepare internal sales, financial and operational reports.
Storage and security
API credentials and access tokens are intended to be kept out of public website code and protected from unauthorized access. Etsy data is retained only as reasonably necessary for the application's approved purpose.
Sharing
Etsy member data is not sold, licensed for unrelated purposes, or used for third-party advertising.
